-  Collective Agreement (“CA”) between Kesatuan Eksekutif Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (“KESETIA”) and Bank Islam.
This was concluded and signed on 1 March 2019 for the period of 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020. The conclusion of the CA is a significant milestone for both parties and demonstrated the Bank’s continued commitment towards providing better benefits and enhancing employees’ welfare.

This annual event is a platform to foster a spirit of care and responsibility to the community among Bank Islam’s employees and affords them the opportunity to contribute to the betterment of the disadvantaged and underprivileged. In 2019, the event contributed RM206,229.77 and recorded 1,111 employee volunteers contributing over 6,600 volunteer hours in helping more than 2,400 beneficiaries.
